Bob van den Bichelaer
With his 10 years of experience in project development, real estate advisory and sales in Central and Eastern Europe, he developed the ability to convey complex real estate issues to a successful conclusion. His 'hands-on' mentality and will to succeed make him an ideal partner to work with.
Perenboom has two Masters of the Delft University of Technology and graduated with honor in Urban Design and Real Estate & Project Management. After graduating she has been active in Peru and has worked on guided land development in the slums of Trujillo. In Singapore, she worked on planning assignments in India and Vietnam. In the Netherlands, Perenboom worked at Amvest and Twynstra Gudde.

Maarten van der Sluis
Maarten has completed his education at Fontys Hogescholen in Eindhoven (Real Estate and Real Estate) and has obtained his Master of Real Estate and European Planning at the University of the West of England in Bristol (UK).
Before Being, Maarten worked at IQNN Vastgoed, where he engaged in the acquisition and development of, among others, Boot & Co. Hotel. in the Houthaven area of Amsterdam and the development of the south block on the Stadionplein in Amsterdam.
Dirk van den Reek
Dirk has completed his study Real Estate and Housing at TU Delft, and wrote his thesis on the financial feasibility of alternative revenue models that could accelerate the transition to circular economy in the construction industry. Strong conceptual thinking and being a team player make sure that we can improve our projects in a sustainable way.
Next to Being Dirk keeps himself busy with sports, travel and music.
Frédérique is finalizing her study at the Hotel Management School The Hague, and will organise and professionalize the Being Development organization. With experience in real estate and a service-oriented view Frédérique provides support for the entire team.
Traveling, sports and reading are activities that Frédérique likes to do alongside working at Being.
