    Maaike Perenboom

    Perenboom has two Masters of the Delft University of Technology and graduated with honor in Urban Design and Real Estate & Project Management. After graduating she has been active in Peru and has worked on guided land development in the slums of Trujillo. In Singapore, she worked on planning assignments in India and Vietnam. In the Netherlands, Perenboom worked at Amvest and Twynstra Gudde.

    Maarten has completed his education at Fontys Hogescholen in Eindhoven (Real Estate and Real Estate) and has obtained his Master of Real Estate and European Planning at the University of the West of England in Bristol (UK).
    Before Being, Maarten worked at IQNN Vastgoed, where he engaged in the acquisition and development of, among others, Boot & Co. Hotel. in the Houthaven area of Amsterdam and the development of the south block on the Stadionplein in Amsterdam.

    Deborah van Zee

    Deborah has been educated as an engineer at the University of Rotterdam, after which she has obtained her Masters in Urban Geography and Planning at the University of Utrecht.


    Before joining Being, Deborah worked at Snippe Projects, where she engaged in the development of, among others, Hyde Park. Before that, Deborah has worked 6 years as a developer in Switzerland. There, she initiated projects, developed them technically and marketed them commercially. Her career started at AM.

    Anne Feikje Weidema

    Marketing/Communications Manager

    Anne Feikje has experience in design management, branding & (visual) identity, marketing / communications, business development, research, education.


    Before joining Being Development, Anne Feikje undertook a research traineeship at Rem Koolhaas’ OMA and worked as a design manager / course coordinator at the Boer & Wang studio (DETAO) in Shanghai (China) and as marketing/ communications manager at PLP Architecture in London (UK). She has given various lectures on the topic Elderly housing, Design and Well being, in the Netherlands, UK, China and South Korea.


    Anne Feikje achieved her Masters in Political Science and completed her studies at the Design Academy Eindhoven in Man & Well Being.

    Epke Sambrink Sanderink

    Office Manager

    Epke has experience in secretarial and organizational work, event management and project coordination.


    Before joining Being Development, Epke worked as Office Manager at Next2Company where she supported the partners. In addition to her supportive role, she was responsible for the project administration and organisation of various internal and external events. Before that, Epke worked for Odgers Berndtson and Boer & Croon as executive secretary. Furthermore, Epke worked at Monday as event manager and at Hogeschool INHOLLAND as internship coordinator and project coordinator. Epke studied Leisure Management at the Hogeschool INHOLLAND, Diemen.


    In addition to her work, Epke practices yoga and enjoys jogging. As a nutritionist she helps others with achieving a healthy lifestyle.
